This is a nice fresh option before a concert. This summer roll is huge! It actually makes it a bit hard to eat. However, the tofu, fresh veggies, and peanut sauce are delicious. It's made up of lettuce, cilantro, thai basil, hoisin, papaya, and tofu wrapped in rice paper.
