This may be the best bakewell tart I've ever eaten 🥰 I was literally making "mmm" sounds as I was eating it. This tasted exactly how I remember (pre-vegan), just goes to show how we don't need to use animals for anything!
The pastry was buttery & crumbly, the flavours were amazing - it was literally perfect. 💕
