A healthier and unique twist on traditional pesto, with the incorporation of finely minced Italian-farmed broccolini, mint leaves, and lemon oil. 🥦🌿🍋 Topped with microgreens, sliced almonds, and sweet orange cherry tomatoes. Sharp, piquant, and fragrant! Non-veg companion who doesn't usually like pesto loved this a lot. Served with flatbread to enjoy the dip. 🫓 Very filling and satisfying for a starter / side!
