I’ve never had a pasta with mustard leaf but I was obviously curious… so I tired and loved it. I’ve been thinking about going back since.
This was a very unique flavor profile for me and was especially unique for being offered in South Korea. The ingredients include mustard leaf pesto, lemon, conchiglie.
Overall the dish was pretty salty, so be warned, but if you are into that kind of thing, mustard leaves, and lemon this might be your next memorable dish.
As a whole, I was very happy with my experience at Monk’s Butcher and wish I had not waited so long to go and try it. We also had the orange tofu chicken, and grilled asparagus & garlic hummus.
