In a (cashew) nutshell Fauxmage is a vegan creamery hand crafting "cheese" like no udder as well as dairy-free butter

Crafted from a base of cultured cashews, inoculated with peniciliium roqueforte spores, and ripened for 4 weeks to develop the umami flavours typical of blue-veined cheeses. A little tangy, a little salty, a lot of yum!

The texture is creamy and the flavour, bang on!

An easy sell to carrnies. 

I had a piece leftover and added it to Mac & Cheese, yum!
