To continue my post-election day comfort food, @jonok and I made some grilled cheese and paired it with Campbell's tomato soup. We just used up what cheese scrapes we had in the fridge: Daiya swiss slices, cheddar shreds, and Trader Joe's parmesan. I really enjoyed adding this spread to one of the slices of Stan's Artisan Breads sourdough. The eggplant flavor really comes through which I really appreciate. This spread is also great on pita chips along with Baba's hummus.
