This consisted of crunchy, crispy, craggy tofu with a lively, flavorful house chili garlic soy sauce. It was a wonderful appetizer. (Gluten-free, nut-free) It is a special for Veganizer PDX’s World Vegan Month program and a portion of the proceed will benefit APANO Communities United Fund, which unites Asians and Pacific Islanders to build power and advance equity through advocacy, community development and cultural work in Oregon.
