I was never a huge fan of egg omelettes but I love their vegan version, so of course I had to order this one. It was perfect texture wise: not too runny nor too dry. I think it had sun-dried tomatoes somewhere as well? Definitely a lovely surprise. I'd repruchase this one for sure.
