These mushroom burgers were OK. My husband liked them but I found the flavor too strong. They had a lot of seasoning too which to me it’s not ideal.
They are healthy and have a lot of #veganprotein
They were done pretty quickly on the griddle. I forgot to take a picture of the cooked patties.
If you like strong mushroom flavor and a lot of seasoning you’ll like these.
I liked the quality ingredients and it’s a great meat alternative for starting vegans.
