These steamed aubergines 🍆 were delicious! Served with a garlic sauce and a generous amount of coriander 🌿 #evilweed 😂 yum!
We loved them.
The aubergines still had a little firmness to them that was fabulous. Not a fan of overly mushy aubergines.
