Oh my, this is delicious!! Amy’s always makes amazing frozen meals! It consists of broad rice noodles, tofu, carrots, green onions, broccoli, and cashews in a savory sauce. I took one bite and fell in love. If you love Pad Thai, then this one is a winner!
