I absolutely love this product for making cake icing 🧁.. it just added a little something.. when I was young a bakery owner told me the secret to a good #icing was to use the best shortening you could use .. thankfully we do have #veganshortening ..
I made a #vegancake for a friend for lunch.. it turned out #perfect
I use a cake mix .. add a small can of soda and one really ripe #banana to replace the eggs and other ingredients.. I highly recommend that method..
