have never actually had french onion soup before but this was a super creative & delish burger! the impossible patty is cooked well done and is topped with melty provolone cheeze, caramelized & fried onions, arugula, and creamy french onion soup spread! as if it couldn’t get better, the bread is actually grilled texas toast!! 🧅🍔 #saveveganrestaurants
