Another street food dish I tried at Ke Palle, in Palermo.

This coppo has panelle and crocché, the first are made out of chickpeas and fried, and it’s basically the little flat rectangles you can see in the picture, the crocché are the other cylindrical pieces, made from potatoes and fried as well.

I got this just out of the frier and because of this it was super hot, I needed to wait a couple of minutes to fully taste it. It was a good treat, but very greasy and unhealthy.

The price was super low-cost: only 3.50€.
