Made by Allie Fiery of all-vegan 222 Pastry, this consisted of tender and moist vanilla cake, luscious, fluffy peanut butter buttercream middle and top, wrapped in cookies and cream buttercream. Decadently delicious, as have been all the ones I’ve had that Allie made. I am so impressed by how she comes up with multiple fantastic new creations each week.
