This has a surprising amount of fibre for what I think nuggets would otherwise have - 8.4g per 4 nuggets. But don't get me wrong, this is no health food 😆. The breading crisps up nicely. Not much of an umami taste by itself so bring on the sauces 🤷🏻‍♀️. #nuggets #vegannuggets
