If you’re into truffle, this one’s a winner. The penne is cooked just right, and the truffle mushroom sauce is super creamy and rich. The king oyster mushrooms give it a nice meaty texture, and the soy slices are a fun twist. The rocket leaves and nutritional yeast tie it all together. Definitely a comfort food upgrade!
