This was the evening service at the Banyan's executive club lounge, kind of like #cocktail evening with #canapes. Except that if you're vegan you just get one big canapé custom made by the chefs 😅 In my case it was a #mushroom and root vegetable creation of some kind on the first day, a #friedradishcake with sweet dip on the third day, and a full-on #whiterice with vegetable #stirfry on the last day. I skipped this service more often than not, because they fed me too well at breakfast and afternoon tea and I needed to leave space in the stomach to go out on the town and find other good stuff to review for abillion 😛

I loved my stay at the Banyan, I'll be back for sure
