😃Taste was really good. It has a nice blend of savoury and various types of spices. The sauce was also a nice condiment to add some "fattiness".
🦁The lion mane was really tender and moist. I struggled here as it reminded me of chicken thigh... And I don't like chicken... But perhaps good for those who like that texture.
