This is a delicious and convenient way to up my protein intake. It contains 20.9g protein per bottle. It's a creamy oat-based shake with a really lovely texture. It contains banana so the flavour is more banoffee than caramel but it's delicious regardless. It contains a vitamin & mineral complex too, which is a bonus.
I believe all BOL products are vegan, and this product is labelled vegan. The label says BOL is a certified B corporation, and the bottle is made from 50% recycled plastic.
This cost me £3.25 in Tesco so it wasn't cheap but you get a lot of flavour and nutrition so it seems like reasonable bang for your buck!
Definitely recommend this one!
