This is great for those nights that you just couldn’t be bothered to actually cook. It’s soya, celery, carrots, tomato, garlic, onion and herbs, so it has a well rounded bolognese flavour. I added extra tomato paste, just because I like a strong tomato flavour to my pasta, but it’s honestly fine as is!
