Tomato puree with dollops of tofu ricotta, garlic cashew 'mayonnaise', and moringa cashew pesto, topped with Italian basil and chilli flakes! 🍅🧀🌿🌶️ Loved how the pesto and basil provided a contrasting flavour profile, not to mention the fact that they incorporated the superfood moringa into their housemade pesto sauce. Served with sourdough slices to dip dip dip into all that umami goodness. 🍞 Also, shout-out to the sourdough that had a pleasant crunch, not chewy to the point of being overly tough.
