First time trying Quikie Too in Tacoma, Washington.
The seitan is breaded (which was good on its own) but it was abosolutely covered in vegan cheese (like three or four melted slices). I am all for vegan cheese but I don't think it needs to overshadow the food itself, it was way too much cheese, it was a little gross to be honest.
It came on a bed of pasta with tomatoe sauce. Sauce was a little watery. Overall I would try quickie too again but I was not impressed, save for their apple pie which was delicious!
It was outdoor patio seating only and you order contactless throigh your phone and pick up at a window at the restaurant.
Came with a good quality side salad and some garlic bread (on very thin bread).
