The ice cream booth is located right next to Eaternia and the ice cream flavors are super unique. I tried their Kaffir lime and Beet/Apple combo. The lime was quite sour and tart and they even suggested I pair it with the beet/apple flavor to balance it. It was interesting but not my favorite
