🇺🇸🍐 My father also wanted this poached #pear and #bluecheese #salad. 🥗I thought it was beetroot when it arrived but no. It really tasted of blue cheese to me and had caramelized #walnuts #arugula and a port wine #balsamic vinaigrette. It was $18 and #glutenfree. While almost everything here is made in house they do use Rebel Cheese 🧀I believe for their cheese boards and perhaps this blue. My father said he liked arugula after eating some of this and that is a huge succes for a man who refuses to eat almost all vegetables.
