This is it 🥲 This is the best #burger I’ve ever had 😭 I’ve come a long way from begrudgingly eating portobello burgers with @stevenneoh after work to learning how to properly claw and eat one from @m1tch9i and now actually enjoying them 🫣 Maybe one day I’ll even enjoy pizza! 🍕

The #patty is #battered mushrooms in what tasted like a sesame #teriyaki glaze — The menu won’t say 😅 What they do mention is the amazing #gochujang sauce, #kimchi slaw, and even an amazing homemade #kewpie mayo! The #hokkaido buns were a subtle sweet and would cushion the loud crunch that follows and you’d work your way through the thick mushroom #nuggets they’ve stuffed in there 🤤 Eating is believing with a burger this good, but it’s no surprise then that the place placed #1 in the #fastfood category for the Belgian Vegan Awards 2023 [1] 🏆

This entire serving, which I had to split across two meals, cost me only €13 🙌 This is such a steal for a place located so centrally, right by the Grand Place!
