The broth on this had so much flavor, the tofu pieces were soft and silky like, the mushrooms were tender, and I think the green leaf in it may have been a seaweed? But it was good, And I can never get enough scallions.
I really enjoyed this soup and even more so since I got it for $4 on happy hour. 🙂
