🇫🇷 I couldn’t resist taking away one more thing from here. We came at the end of the day but there was still a selection of #veganpatisserie as well as #veganviennoiserie. There was a sign saying their #cinnamonrolls were the best in the #french city of Lyon so I couldn’t pass that up. I ate it the next morning and we weren’t so impressed. It felt undercooked perhaps and there just wasn’t much to it with a cinnamon sugar glaze over the top. An indulgent and wonderful #cinnamon bun seems elusive to me though. I was spoiled for years with my grandmother’s and Cinnabon and nothing quite compares so far unfortunately. 🙁 I should have tried their #brioche praline which was the speciality of the city, argh!! 🥺 big sigh.
