These are really delicious, downright addictive! Slightly sweet and salty, served with a smoky flavored ketchup. Perfectly deep fried. I ran into the G-Monkey Food truck today at the Coventry Farmers Market in Coventry CT. but I’ll be sure to check their website for their whereabouts going forward, as there were a lot of other delicious looking items on their menu.
