One of the best combinations out there. Seriously!
You’ve got a lovely base of baby #spinach , #kale and #mesclun .
Throw in a good amount of #broccoli, purple cabbage, #butternut , #pumpkin #avocado, #quinoa, #blackbeans #cucumber , #tomatoes , roasted peppers, #corn and #pickles .
Some #pomegranate and #edamame , #cashew and #jalapenos , #pumpkinseeds
And a nice slab of chilli-chimichurri dressing , #goji and #hummus to top it off! Yeah eat the fockin rainbow they said…. And we did!
