Not much at their #breakfast #buffet is #accidentallyvegan, save for one of the #slicedbread options and several of their spreads (various #berrylover flavours of #jam, #raspberry #compote, #peanutbutter, #cinnamonsugar, and some #banana sauce thing). I had this same embarrassment of riches to select from when taking them up on their offer of made-to-order vegan #pancakes, which turned out to almost have the texture of chewing gum ☹️

I guess that's the story in a nutshell. The service is exceptional and attentive (they even remembered the #basil #tofu #rice they custom made for me the first day and proactively offered it to me the next morning 😅), but they just aren't that good at catering to vegans. Their vegetarian pastry selection is exceptional (claims the significant other 😉), but everything had dairy. And it's hard to get similarly excited about the plain #noodles with vegetables, the nuts and seeds, or the baked beans 😏

The #juicebar was solid, with a bevy of options ranging from the healthy to the funky. And they offered a choice of roasts for the #coffee (dark/intense versus medium/"tiramisu") So not all bad, but considering what it costs to stay here, you would still expect a bit better 🥺
