Mini #pita as part of the #greek week selection at #lidl. They are super cute and spongy and thick for being so small. Nutritionally they have a good amount of #protein and are #lowinsaturatedfat and low in sugar. The ingredients consist of #wheatflour, water, #yeast, salt and dextrose - no additives!!
I actually made mini-pizzas with them, with tomato sauce, spices, fresh sliced mushroom and Violife shredded mozzarella on top. Followed the heating instructions and voilà! Priced at 1,79€ for the package of 10 mini pitas.
