These #icecreambars have a creamy inside made with #redfruits and a crunchy #chocolate coating, available at #aldi. The taste is amazing, rivalling major brands, however in this case #dairyfree and #crueltyfree! Where I live there few options of this kind of treat in the form of an ice cream bar, in fact the only other option I am aware of is available at Mercadona (triple chocolate or pistachio).
The red fruits in this delicious #berrylover treat include #raspberry, #strawberry, #cranberry and #blackberry though I would say thay raspberry is the predominant flavor. The coating is #rainforestalliancecertified and cocoa is mentioned many times in the ingredients list! The only thing I didn't enjoy is the "pieces" of raspberry in the coating, which were annoying seeds to get lodged in between teeth.
Nutritionally they don't have much to offer in the way of healthiness, so good for an occasional treat! Again, each one can define what "occasional" means to them 😜.
