I love when the breads at Indian restaurants can be made vegan! The only other place I've seen do this is The Vegetarian in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin. This is cooked in butter by default, but you can request that it be made vegan. This is thinner than naan and is layered. This makes it great for eating your entree with. I especially loved it with my eggplant dish because it helped counter some of the oiliness. The garlic flavor is prominent and this was nice to snack on even by itself!
