this was not my favorite dish, but it had a lot of potential. i think i had high expectations because i love #caesarsalad and i love most of the food here.. everything was set up for success!
there were house #croutons that tasted great and gave an excellent #crunch , there was the house crispy #seitan #veganchicken (one of my favorite things they make), and i KNOW their #caesardressing is one of my favorites!
the problem came when my wrap had like.. no #caesar ! this is a CAESAR wrap, but i felt like i couldn’t even taste any caesar dressing at all. all i got was chickn and croutons and lettuce, which were all great things, but the wrap ended up being extremely dry because of the lack of dressing and i was sad that i couldn’t taste my favorite part of the whole wrap.
i feel like this may have been an off day or a one time occurrence because usually things are pretty saucy here. i had the same issue with my mac n cheese today (which varies in cheesiness depending on the day) and if it wasn’t a limited special i might try it again and ask to make sure they put more caesar in the wrap.
