My first attempt to purchase and consume protein shake to aid with my sport recovery. It tasted abit too sweet with the artificial sweetener kind of taste and does not mixed well with water hard to stir or shake it together. But overall it still tasted acceptable. Protein well it contain 20g of protein per serving size of 27g. It also contains probiotic n zinc n iron which is a plus point as well. No indication whether they contain complete protein compound or not and the bcca so i assume it is not a complete one. The price of thirty plus dollar make it quite decent to consume on daily basis. But for those looking for workout protein i would suggest trying other brands of protein that contain full bcca protein.
