I love the texture of this meat substitute, and how easy it is to prepare. We combined it with a pre-made curry rice (we are traveling, so trying to keep it simple with limited space and tools), so I cannot speak to the seasoning as much. But, it was a great combination! I would imagine this to go well in a classic pita wrap as well. Another win for Planted!
