Good product, happy to find it even in small towns. I always boil tempeh few minutes to make the bitter taste go away and then I marinate it with soya sauce and olive oil for 4 hours at least…garlic in the pan and the dinner is ready!
It is packed in plastic in 2 different pieces but for 2/3 people it is need to cook the whole pack.
