I love rice noodles in general but these are among the best I've tried. They don't break so easily and have my favourite shape. It's only rice and water but it works with all sauce types. I usually combine them with a mix of peanut butter and soy sauce, veggies, and tofu/tvp. I'd repurchase any day.
