This dish is available at Zing’s pop up at Gastrobeats. Consisting of a mix of mushroom, eggplant and sweet potato crunchies. Deep fried to perfection, stir fried for the caramelised layer and topped with aromatics. Good size portion. Not too oily. Would be keen to visit their store to try their other vegan options!
