We were happy to find this when stopping at the DM convenience store, as we could not find it in other stores prior to this. There is not any chalkiness to consistency, and flavor is okay. I am not sure if it is from the binding agent or something different, but there is a subtle after flavor that is different than we are used to back home. Because of this, we probably wouldn't drink a glass of it, but it worked great in our coffee and our oatmeal. It was definitely better than any almond milk.
