I think daiya's slogan should be "making aggressively and obnoxiously mediocre food". This product is no different. I rank it a slight bit above the regular cheddar style mac and cheese in terms of taste. All that said it's just my personal opinion. I definitely support them as a vegan and gluten free company, I just wish their products were of better quality.
