Beatnik is a 100% vegan fast casual chain with lots of salads and sandwiches. We opted to go here as it was one of the most affordable options in the area & after many days of indulgent vacation food we were craving a salad.

I looooved the #tofu on this and considered ordering an extra bowl of just that! The rest of the veg was very fresh and this was a great salad! The staff was also super friendly. I would recommend if you are in the area! #veganrestaurant #salad #newyorkcity 🥬
