Back when I worked at Pizza Luce, they had a pizza called the Blue Dog. If i'm remembering correctly. This pizza is almost exactly the same. I remember some people were pretty sad that the Blue Dog was removed as a permanent fixture, so it's odd they're not just bringing it back for a limited time! The only difference is that the nonvegan version is made with goat cheese instead of bleu cheese. For us vegans though, I think it's exactly the same! The Saucy Goat is a spring special, so it will be gone soon. It's made up of asparagus, red onion, arugula, and The Herbivorous Butcher bacon on top of my favorite sauce - san marzano. Asparagus on pizza is surprisingly good, and it's even better with HB bacon!
