Hmm. These have that mushy texture unique to some wheat gluten products. Deep red colour that adds a pop of colour to meals. Mildy spicy but also more salty than flavoursome and savoury. Fortified with iron, zinc, and B12.
They're okay - these were half price at ~$3.25 at Coles. #vegansausage
