I really loved the soft tofu texture on the inside, and the crunch of the peanuts on the outside. I’ve never thought to put peanut sauce on a sushi roll! So good. The avocado was also fresh and the cilantro topping gave it a fresh flavor. The whole thing was giving me Pad Thai vibes. Would definitely get it again.
