I’m Indonesian, so I have really high standards when it comes to tempeh. This was such a delightful surprise. It tastes exactly like the tempeh I have back at home. So good to have it so accessible at a Tesco’s across the street during my recent stay in London. Amazing! Just cut into thin slices and deep fry it generously with vegetable oil (preferably coconut), so easy!
