Aesthetics were immaculate and very instagram-able. Soy and coconut yoghurt with a mixture of diced seasonal fruit (mine was pineapple, plum, and watermelon), and kiwi, orange and pear slices on top with chia seeds and coconut flakes. A sprig of mint and a random but not unwelcome raspberry was there too. The manager reckons the honey the granola is vegan… but I think not. So I swapped out the granola for cornflakes for no extra charge. A win-win.
