A lightweight but effective toner, I usually spray it on my hands and then pat it on my super dehydrated skin (the water here in Berlin is awfully hard and I want to scream everytime I shower or wash my face).
I am not an expert, but I think that you can find a similar toner for a lesser price. I guess that's what I'll try to do when I finish this mini size.
