What’s better than #bulgogi #kimbap? How about bulgogi kimbap that’s also #spicy!
Well, okay, in all fairness, I wouldn’t exactly consider this spicy — it was just more flavorful than the just-bulgogi roll I tried previously. The #fakemeat shreds had a nice, smoky flavor with the mildest kick from #kimchi and gochujang. Once again, a great #lazyvegan #frozen option. I don’t have nice photos of the inside because I took them to work for lunch, but they look more or less true to what’s presented on the packaging.
I appreciated the great variety of #vegetables — especially burdock root and crisp green bean. So far I think this is my favorite of the vegan rolls I discovered at a nearby #korean market (Hankook in Sunnyvale/Santa Clara, CA,) though the drawback is the higher price ($4.99.) I’m also curious to see if this type of convenience food can be done using less plastic.
